Anastasiia Ivanova is an up-and-coming European designer, whose ready-to-wear brand is making a splash in the fashion industry. Graduating from the prominent school of design, Insitituto Marangoni Paris, she continued on to New York’s Fashion Institute of Technology. She believes that every woman should be unafraid to let there inner femininity shine. The main purpose of her collection is to make woman feel beautiful in each of her radiant dresses.

Anastasiia stands by the philosophy that a timeless dress embodies femininity within every woman. Each dress is fabricated with the idea of light, beauty, and positivity. Her desire is to empower woman to feel free-spirited. Through the elaborate use of vibrant colors in each model, she expresses who she is.

Anastasiia knows the in-and-outs of the fashion industry and travels globally to share her designs. She only uses high quality fabrics from elite European suppliers.

Her collections were presented at well-known international exhibitions: White Milano (Milan), Who’s Next (Paris), RoomsLINK (Tokyo) and Coterie (New York). Anastasiia’s designs are regularly shown at Ukrainian Fashion Week and Kazakhstan Fashion Week. Her collection has also been featured in Chicago and Los Angeles runway shows. She creates new collections for Pret-a-Porter annually. Anastasiia continues to grow her brand and constantly create new couture designs.

Care and Cleaning

Always read the care label and washing instructions before washing your clothes.

Arrange your laundry into groups with similar wash care instructions and organise into whites, darks and colours.

The care label washing temperature is the highest permitted temperature. But if you are unsure, always wash at a lower temperature rather than higher.

Rinse swimwear immediately after use and do not wring.

Turn garment inside out before washing.


Avoid using too much detergent.

Do not use fabric detergents which contain bleach.

Do not tumble dry garment unless indicated on the care label.

Do not leave garments with white and contrast coloured panels soaking for prolonged periods.

Garments with metal trims should not be left to soak.

Where can I find your size guide?

We never want to send you anything that doesn't fit properly so we have size guides available on most of our product pages.

Just click on the 'Size Guide' button on each product page for measurements to make sure it fits perfectly.

We have an international size conversion guide to give you an easy reference.
This table is for converting between American, British, European, Australian and Ukrainian women's sizes. Simply find your size in the chart to see the corresponding size for the other international size systems.

Is the item in stock?

If you do not find your size among those available, please contact us at customer@anastasiiaivanova.com. As we are a garment manufacturer, we will make every effort to send you a product in any desired size.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

When an order is placed and payment is completed, you will shortly receive an order confirmation to the email address you have used when making the purchase. If you find a mistake in your order confirmation, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can change in order before it is shipped from our warehouse. 

Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?

Yes, you may cancel your order as long as it is not shipped from our warehouse. Please contact us as soon as possible to make necessary corrections to your order.

Can I change my order after I've placed it?

Yes, as long as the order is not packed, you may change your order. Please contact us as soon as possible to make necessary corrections to your order.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Regrettably, it is not possible to order over the phone. Our customer service team can guide you through if you experience difficulties with placing the order online.

I received an incorrect item in my order, what should I do?

If you have received an incorrect item in your order, please contact us with details of the error. Please remember to include your order number within your message and we'll be able to investigate further and resolve the problem.

Can I get a refund if the price has changed since I ordered it?

Our prices change in response to fashion trends, stock and demand from customers. In this case, we will not refund the difference.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay with Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. 

We take your security very seriously, therefore your details are safe with us. We also take fraud very seriously too, so all credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and the card issuer.

Is it safe to pay online?

Yes, once you have chosen the items you need and are willing to pay, you will be automatically redirected to a so-called secure server. We offer secure “https” access to the transactional parts of our Web site.

Does the price on site include taxes and VAT?

No. Taxes are applied after you receive your order in accordance to your country’s tax policy.

Have you reserved the amount in my account?

If you paid by Mastercard or Visa, we will reserve the correspondent amount in your account until the order is dispatched. Once the order is sent out, the appropriate reservation will be removed and the money is withdrawn.

When will the payment be withdrawn?

We withdraw money from your account only as soon as your order is shipped.

How does your delivery service work?

We ship to all US states and territories.

Most standard shipping orders will be delivered within 5 to 10 business days from the date of purchase and will ship within one business day after your order is placed. Please note that some orders may take longer to process, as orders are subject to credit approval.

We offer express 1 to 4 business days shipping within USA with an extra charge of $25 per order.

International orders are processed individually and would depend on the location and service of the delivery. Please inquire at customer@anastasiiaivanova.com for further information.

Does the price on site include taxes and VAT?

No. Taxes are applied after you receive your order in accordance to your country’s tax policy.

How will my order be packaged?

Your order will be packaged in its original packaging from Anastasiia Ivanova.

May I change my delivery address?

It's possible to change the delivery address as long as an order is not packed. Please contact our Customer Support team customer@anastasiiaivanova.com about the matter as soon as possible.

What happens if I'm not in when my order arrives?

If you're not available to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a delivery card advising if your parcel has been delivered to a safe location, left with a neighbour or how to arrange collection.

Where's my Track&Trace number?

We are sending an automatic email with the Track and Trace number immediately after the order is shipped. It can take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated since the moment the package is dispatched.

I have not received my parcel

Your tracking number will be able to provide up to date information on the status of your order.

If your estimated delivery date has passed and you still experience any troubles with getting your order, please contact the Customer Support Team via email customer@anastasiiaivanova.com and we will do our best to assist you.

My product arrived damaged

If you discovered that the item you received was damaged at arrival please contact us as soon as possible.

When do I have the right to return the products?

We would like our customers to be 100% satisfied with their orders. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days from the day the order shipped for a full refund minus our shipping cost for the order and banking fees.

What is your Returns Policy?

You can return any item for a refund, within 14 days of receiving your original order.

We offer no exchange before sending your article of merchandise back to us, please make sure that all of the following conditions have been correctly satisfied.

Please send us an email explaining the reason for the return before or at the time of shipping back the merchandise.

The article you wish to return:
 - can be sent back to us only after you have completed and submitted the online return form available on the site; 
 - must be unused, unworn, unwashed and not damaged or altered;
 - all tags must be attached and any accompanying materials must be included;
 - must be returned complete of all of its parts and accessories;
 - must be sent in its original packaging (hangers included);
 - return items must be shipped back to us within 14 days of the date of delivery.


All goods will be inspected on return. We try hard to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. You will be contacted if your request for an exchange cannot be accepted due to your failure to fulfill the aforementioned conditions.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way. Please note that we would not be responsible for lost packages.


Please note, all returns are made at your own cost. We suggest making your return using reliable and trackable shipping methods.

Please allow 7 business days to inspect and process your return. We will send a confirmation email once the return is complete.

Refunds will be processed back to your original form of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take 5 to 7 business days until the credit is applied to your account.

Exchange

If you would like a different size or colour, please return your unwanted item. Please note that the shipping cost for returns is at your own expense.

What carrier should I use to return the products?

Make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning and obtain proof of posting.

Please note that you don't need to choose the same carrier that initially delivered your parcel.

Any carrier can be used, as all the returns are made at the customer's expense unless the goods are faulty.

When will I receive my refund?

If you paid by credit card, refund times will depend on the credit or debit card company’s policies.

We normally issue a correspondent refund within 10 business days upon the day when the return is received and processed in the warehouse. If you haven't received your reimbursement after the 10-days period is over upon the acceptance of your return back in stock, please contact us as soon as possible. We will sort the matter out. 

If you paid by PayPal, refunds will be credited to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately.

How can I return the products?

First, you need to complete the online return procedure on the website by logging in, using the email address and an order number, then follow further instructions.
